The House plenary is set to vote on the resolution of the House Committee on Justice recommending the dismissal of the impeachment complaints against President Bongbong Marcos.
This move follows the committee's earlier ruling affirming that the impeachment complaints filed against the President are insufficient in substance.
However, a pro-impeachment congressman says the issue may be elevated to the Supreme Court, due to an alleged grave abuse of discretion.
